First you’ll need to be running at least one Server 2003 (mixed or native).
Second if you’re using an XP workstation to modify your Group Policy you’ll have to copy a few files.

Adding trusted root certificates to an image can help users navigate sites without prompting them to answer security questions. But sometimes these certificates expire or you just forget to add them to the image. Using Group Policy it’s easy to add a certificate.
